Tonight we count the 21 …

Tonight we count the 21st day of the Omer “Malchut Shebe Tiferet” (Nobility in Compassion) and since I don’t post on Shabbat and the Omer is a stairway to refinement read it before Shabbat begins.
Malchut is dignity, splendor and the harmonic union of the other six sefirot. For compassion to be complete it must first recognize and appreciate the individual sovereignty. It should enhance self esteem and cultivate human dignity.(expert from Rabbi Simon Jacobson).
Take a moment to contemplate how your presence affects others. All your words should be pleasant “if you have nothing nice to say it’s better to keep quiet”. Your face is also public domain, other people are the ones who see you. Try to smile more, when people encounter a smile it brightens their day and it will make them smile too.
