Today we count the 25th …

Today we count the 25th day of the Omer with “Netzach shebe Netzach” (Endurance within Endurance).
This very powerful double boost of endurance is what gives people the strength to never give up no matter what.
Life is full of challenges, some much harder than others, and sometimes we might feel that we are thrown into a black deep hole with no way out. But as this quote from Churchill says”If your going through hell, keep going” because at the end you’ll find the way out. When we are confronted with life challenges the worst thing to do is to stop going.
All challenges are in reality “opportunities for growth,” and us such we must take responsibility of our state of being at that moment and delve into what needs to be changed within ourselves.
The Vilna Gaon writes that sins which a person has a particular affinity, define their purpose in life. Overcoming the most difficult obstacles should be the main focus of your life.
As they say: “If nothing changes, nothing changes.” We should not sit and wait for the situation to change, it’s the other way around, we must change first and then the situation will change.
Take advantage of this special energy of the day and look at yourself. Choose one thing that you really want to change in your life and go and do it.
