The giving of the Torah was a monumental event that changed humanity forever.
Before creating the world H”S had already created the Torah as the blueprint of creation. The whole purpose of a world is for people to follow H”S will. The other Nations should follow the 7 Noadite laws: 1.No idolatry,2. No sexual immorality, 3.no killing, 4. no stealing, 5.no eating from a live animal, 6. No blasphemy, 7. establish courts of law. And the Jews should follow the 613 Mitzvahs. We all have a purpose and a mission to perfect the world.
When G-d created the world He left it unfinished, so we could be partners with Him in perfecting it and bringing it to its intended way. Through our G-dly work we not only perfect ourselves, live up to our potential but the world too will be able to be what it’s meant to be, a healthy world, a peaceful world, an amazing world!
