Shabbat Shalom!!! May we all go into Shabbat with these very wise words from The Lubavitcher Rebbe in mind and go to peace. It takes the Torah only one Parasha (Bereshit) to recount G-d creation of the world and three Parashas to recount the making of the Mishkan (G-d’s home in this world). Isn’t it more complicated to create a whole world than a Tabernacle? What this is telling us is that for H”S to create anything He can do in the blink of an eye, but for us to be able to live in peace and make a dwelling place for H”S down here takes a lot of effort, work, detail and determination.
