
When you stop judging yourself and stop saying or thinking negative things about yourself eventually this is also the way you will see others. When you mess up, instead of getting depressed and angry at yourself, stand up straight and clean the mess by taking responsibility of your actions, acknowledging what is wrong, regretting what you did, taking action and changing your misdeeds into good deeds and verbalizing that you are sorry for what you did will transform your life and everything around it. Let’s make it a practice to not let negativity enter our lives and let’s begin with ourselves.
