Very often we get all stressed up for things that seem to us like the end of the world is here. We can be thrown into a situation that would seem impossible to fix and sadly because of our desperation we make choices that only make it worse. Thank G-d we have the guidance of the Torah and our spiritual mentors who base their mentoring in the Halachah (Jewish law) which give us some light in times of darkness. What it is sure, never loose hope in times of need. Work on building up your Emunah (Faith in G-d) and Bitachon (Trust in G-d). Know that whatever your going through is not random, it has been perfectly designed for you to grow and develop into the best of you. As chaotic a situation might seem, take a step back and try to look at it from outside, as an outsider, and you will be able to see it in a new and very different way.
Not everyone perceives what we might see as “reality”in the same way. What might be too sweet for someone is just right for someone else. When we are able to look at thing from different angles then nothing will be chaotic anymore.
