Tonight will be Gimmel Tammuz (the 3rd of Tammuz), the 24th Yurtzeid anniversary of The Rebbe, Menachem Mendel Schneerson OBM. The Rebbe was a visionary who reached out to countless and countless of Jews who were lost from their traditions and inner core. It was after WW II, when the morale of Jews had dropped very low. Most European Jews who had been lucky to survive had lost countless loved ones and had just emerged from the ashes. Many Jews ended up in random places where there had been no Jewish presence before. The Rebbe, the greatest visionary of his time, sent Shliahs to all parts of the world to help others find their inner flame and in this way he brought much light to the world.
