Today we count Day 14 of The Omer with “Malchut She Be Gevurah” (Kingship of Discipline).
For six months everything has been somber and grey. No leaves in the trees, no flowers or green. It’s been cold in and out. Suddenly one day, I look out and everything is in color again. So many tulips,cherry blossoms, beautiful colors, shapes and forms everywhere I look . The discipline of the enduring winter months, when we thought everything was dead, was only concealing the beauty to come. Kingship in Discipline comes to show that when we know to set our boundaries straight and right and we persist in our patience one day we will see the beauty of H”S in everything.
