The Holidays are gone and today is back to routine. For a month I felt I was immersed in a bubble. This year we got to spend the Holidays in different surroundings and with different Types of people And comunitaria that we are accustomed off. One of the recurring and very interesting feeling I got to experience was how people react to outsiders. There where places where the people came out of their way to say hello and make you feel comfortable and there where other places where the people just looked through you as if you didn’t exist. I’m not going to go into the logistics of this type of behavior but one thing is for sure and that is that a smile, a friendly face and a hello are really free for the one that gives it but for the one that receives it, it’s worth millions.
If there is one thing that we can come out off and implement in our lives this new year is to be aware of those around us and make them feel that they do exist and you do see them and show it with a warm smile and a hello .
