Shavuah Tov! Wishing everyone a blessed week.
This weeks Torah Portion “Va’eira” (G-d Spoke) says: “And the Almighty spoke to Moshe and Aharon and He commanded them about the children of Israel.”(Shemot 6:13)
Rashi comments that H”S commanded Moshe and Aharon to lead The Jewish people in a gentle way.
They were told to have patience, this writes the Shaloh is a lesson for anyone in a position of leadership. Whenever you are in a position of authority, it might be with your children, employees, students, etc… be very careful not to get angry at the people you are dealing with. The reward for a leader that shows this patience is very great.
A person in a position of authority has to be very careful not to fall into arrogance and haughtiness. The goal of a leader should always be to show the way and help as many people as possible to get in the right track. A true leader is the one who leads to lead.
