The theme of this month of Tammuz is to rectify our eye sight and how we perceive everything around us. The energy is very auspicious to work on “Loving our fellow like ourselves”. The way to do it is to empathize with others and look at them through their eyes and not ours. When we can do this it doesn’t mean we justify bad behaviors, but we can understand where they come from and to understand allows us to not harbor bad feelings towards others and poison ourselves. On the other hand, to understand helps us to not be judgmental and live in peace, the biggest blessing of all!
