Many of us, if not all …

By June 7, 2019 No Comments

Many of us, if not all of us, sadly have gone by sad and tragic experiences in our life times. The life saver has been the kindness of others. Usually this kindness comes from the least expected places. People that get out of their way to help you in the most needed moment.
I will never forget when my father was sick and I decided to travel to Colombia once a month for a week a whole year to be with him and help my mom. I eat only kosher, so the food was a problem. I had no head to think about food, what I was going to eat or where to get it from. Thank G-d for Rabbi Yehoshua Rosenfeld and his lovely wife Rivki, if not for them I would’ve starved. They made sure to send food for me every time I was there. The food would just arrive, either to the hospital or my moms home, wherever I was.
This kindness is beyond kindness, although it comes from very special people, the truth is that G-d makes sure to reveal Himself through them by letting you know that even in your darkest times He is still taking care of you. We just have to open our eyes and hearts to this reality and experience baseless Love.
