In Parasha “Pekudei” it says:”And Moshe saw all the work and behold they did it as G-d commanded, so did they do, and Moshe blessed them.”(Shemot 39:43)
When someone approaches us for a donation, it can be for someone who personally needs help with his sustenance, or it can be for a worthy cause,we should appreciate that he is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to contribute.
This is a very important concept both for the giver and the receiver. Each one is giving the other what he needs.
So next time someone approaches you to ask for tzedakah, don’t get annoyed. See it as an opportunity that H”S is giving you to be able to fulfill your purpose. And when you give in reality you will receive much more in blessings from H”S.
