Today is the 25 of Elul and we are just five days from Roshashana . Today is the day in which H”S began creating the world and on the sixth day He created Men. Roshashana is a universal Holiday because it’s the birthday of humanity. In Roshashana we are reminded that H”S created the world for us and the purpose of creating the world is so men can live in it and make a dwelling home for H”S. If we don’t have this concept in our minds is like living with no purpose. In life if we want to achieve and be successful we need to prepare and know what we want to achieve. It’s like going somewhere without knowing why and they ask you “how can I help you?” And you answer hmmm I don’t know.
Roshashana is a day of remembrance, a day to remember why you are here, what is your purpose and how to achieve it.
