There are two types of people. The first type has a fixed mindset. They see all challenges and obstacles to be avoided at all cost. Prefer situations of comfort and status quo and they rely in innate qualities.
The second and preferred is the GROWTH Mindset. These people see obstacles as challenges to be overcome and rely on innate qualities only to develop and grow more qualities and abilities.
The fixed mindset is stressed all day expecting trouble on its way.
The growth mindset is exited looking for opportunities to grow and achieve higher goals, for them we are never doomed and we can always aspire to change, learn and flourish.
