Only if we know who we are, why we are here and whats the purpose then and only then we can live up to who we are.
One of the biggest gifts you can give someone is to tell them that you believe in them, that you know how great they are. Maybe at that moment they are not so great, but when they see someone believes they are, then they have to live up to it. This gives a person a sense of responsibility and accountability. A feeling that they are not invisible and that their actions affect others.
