Shavuah Tov!!! Today we enter the week of Yesod (Bonding/Foundation).Also known as tzinor(conduit), makor (source) or mayan ( wellspring). Yesod creates a relationship between G-d and His world.. It is Yesod what gives the power to an individual to change the world and make it a better place as they say ” in the union is the strength”.
Today we count the 36th day of the Omer with Chesed Shebe Yesod ( Kindness in Bonding). This combination allows us to imbue the world with kindness. The paradox of this world allows us to be kind. If G-d wouldn’t of created poverty, sickness and other unfortunate circumstances we wouldn’t have the opportunity to be kind. There would just be no kindness in this world.
Try every day to do one random act of kindness. Go to sleep knowing that you were able to leave your portion of the world a little better than you found it.
