Today we count Day 10 of the Omer “Tiferet She Be Gevurah” (Harmony in Discipline).
Tiferet is the half and half of Chesed and Gevurah. It is the perfect balance, harmony and beauty. It is compassion and mercy at its highest level. The word “Shamayim” (heaven) is a mixture of “aish” (fire) and “mayim” (water). What would look like a contradiction, with the right balance creates perfect harmony.
Many times we go through trials and tribulations, which make no sense to us. From our perspective they look chaotic and conflicting.
When we harness our compassion and mercy and look at it from a place of restraint we will be able to make it beautiful and harmonious.
Look at something that happened to you years ago that at that moment looked as if it had no comprehensible reason to be.
Looking back and tracing that event to today will help you see that H”S was taking you on a very well, planned and balanced trip. Today that same conflict makes complete sense.
Let’s learn to be patient and wait and see what is going to be. The only thing we really have to do in moments of chaos is hang in there, breath and keep moving forward and with H”S help one day everything will be crystal clear.
