The things mentioned in this Mishnah remove a person from the world because they are three things that Scripture describes as evil.
A) An evil eye (ayin hara) is when we can’t be happy with other people’s happiness and we are jealous of them at the same time this doesn’t allow us to enjoy what we do have.
B) The evil inclination (yetzer hara) as it says “for the desire of man’s heart is evil from his youth.” (Bereshit 8:21)
The Yetzer Hara is ruled by our EGO, when the I is more important than the WE then all our motivations will be focused on ourselves without thinking ever if we harm others on the way. A self centered person can’t be alive because there is no one else but him.
C) An evil heart (lev ra)brings the person to “hatred for people” because hatred is in the heart. This is what brought the destruction of the second Beit Hamikdash.
We should be so careful into not falling into these three things because this for sure won’t let us live in this world. If we are able to substitute in our lives as Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks says:”make it a point in your life to change the I for the Other,” in this way we will never end up falling into this trap.
