Everyone has potential, enormous potential!!!
On the sixth day of creation G-d created Man “Adam,”
“And He breathed into him a breath of life.” (Bereshit 2:7)
Potential is a unique energy granted to each and every person by G-d Himself, and it resides within each person’s unique soul.
So man is a vessel that contains G-d’s breath of life and retains a connection to the Infinite G-d. Every breath we take is connected to Him.
Most of us don’t meditate on this concept, when doing Yoga or any breathing exercise we should meditate in our breath of life and the potential that lies within.
When lighting your Shabbat candles tonight look at the lights and how they always strive to go upward and connect to their source, when we strive to go up and connect to our source we will be able to reveal the potential within.
