Today we count the 20th …

Today we count the 20th day of the Omer with “Yesod Shebe Tiferet” (Bonding in Compassion).
“ If there is no bonding there can’t be compassion. There needs to be a channel between giver and receiver; a mutuality that extends beyond the moment of need; a bond that continues to live on. That is the most gratifying result of compassion.”(Rabbi Simon Jacobson)
Yesterday we lost a shining light, someone who knew exactly what this means. She not only gave but she knew how to give. She built eternal bridges and connections. We will never really know the extent of all the unions she made.
I am forever grateful to H”S for giving me the opportunity to know a person like her. A shining light amongst us all who has left a void that has no measure.
May her Neshama have an Alya Bina bat Frida
When you sit tonight at your Shabbat Table make the connections, with your kids, husband or wife, loved ones, friends or even guests.
