Today we count the 45th day of the Omer with “Tiferet Shebe Malchut” (Compassion within Kingship).
Compassion is truth and this truth is accessed through selflessness. When we are able to rise above our ego and see the world and others through the lens of empathy and feeling through the others point of view we will be able to reach the combination of “Tiferet Shebe Malchut.”
Malchut allows us to stand above the pettiness of the situation. It allows us to work in a dignified way looking at others as a chain in the link and in this way we will be able to appreciate their worth and value.
A good leader is the one who is compassionate. He/she is always looking to help others reach their potentials. He/she doesn’t feel threatened by others success, on the contrary he/she reaps satisfaction from it. The goal is to fulfill the higher purpose, which is to help others live up to their potentials as individuals and as part of a whole.
