In our battle plans against the Yetzer Hara (evil inclination) the most precise tool is that of “gratitude.”
The Torah teaches that we should say thank you both for the good and for what to seems to us bad.
At a moment of pain, confusion, loss, stress, or any other hard situation, the best thing we can do is stop and say thank you. “Thank you H”S, I know this hardship is coming from YOU, out of Your love and care for me.” “I know that You are like a caring doctor that needs to cause me some pain and discomfort so I can be healthy.
Let’s practice “Gratitude,” and we will see miracles.
